Thank you for your interest in the Alaskan Klee Kai. Please complete the following questions and return the application to me via email attachment, or print it off and mail it. Please be aware that not everyone applying for one of my babies will necessarily be approved to give one a home. I intend to be critical in my choice of placements, in the hopes that each of my puppies will have the best possible home.
This application will become a legal part of the Sales Contract should you obtain a puppy from Royal Star Estates.

1. What aspects of the AKK breed do you like and why?
2. What aspects of the AKK breed do you dislike, and why?
3. Why do you think your home/family would be suitable for an Alaskan Klee Kai?
4. Would you be willing to allow a home check as part of the approval process?
5. Will you be able to arrange to have someone at home with the puppy for at least two days and then for the next few days remain at home for decreasing periods of time to help the puppy become adjusted to your regular daily schedule?
6. Will someone be able to let the puppy out every couple of hours, even when you are back to your regular schedule?
7. Do you currently share your home with any other dogs? If yes, what are their breeds/ages, and are they intact or altered?
8. Do you currently share your home with any other pets? If yes, please list those pets.
9. What breed/s of dog have you previously owned?

18. Who will be the primary care-giver (feed, water, potty walks, exercise, etc.) for your AKK?

20. Do you plan on crate-training your AKK? If not, why?
21. How long will your AKK be alone each day? Where will it stay during these times?
22. Where will your AKK stay, and how will its needs be met, when you are away from home for an extended period of time (ie - more than your regular work day)? How often would this occur?

25. Is your yard fenced? If yes, how tall, and what type of fencing? If no, how will you meet your AKK’s pottying and exercise needs?
